Description: Age Well Senior Services offers two meal programs. Meals on Wheels is for individuals 60 years of age and older who are living at home and unable to prepare their own meals or go out to eat, and have little or no assistance to obtain adequate meals. Meal deliveries include three meals: a hot, ready-to-eat meal, a cold meal to eat later in the day, and a breakfast meal for the following morning. Grab & Go meals are available for pickup at local senior centers. Recipients receive three meals per pickup.

The delivery service helps seniors and other adults at high risk from COVID-19 to stay home and stay healthy.
